The delivery person calls the manager while he is standing at my door and the manager was extremely rude by blaming the customer instead of rectifying the problem. I ended up having to pay with a credit card on the phone because of their incompetence. We even tipped the delivery person in cash because we felt it was not his fault. He has the audacity to tell us as he is walking away that we are "nasty and rude people" and "my manager says that we are doing you a favor by delivering to you guys". Appalling customer service from manager and delivery person! Sub-par food and atrocious appreciation for their customers.March 11, 2017
