Also, with mobile ordering, when your say it will be ready in seven minutes, the customer walks in ten minutes after, you don't begin working on the order until five minutes later and finally have the order ready five minutes after that - is a bad look. Mobile ordering should be to speed the process along, not slow it down. I've tested this a few times now where I'll place an order, give them ten minutes, then go in and order more through the incredibly slow line, and have the walk in order (rather than the mobile order) ready first.December 05, 2016
