  Manager Mike salvaged our evening. My wife and I were having one of those days where everything went wrong. We went to dinner at TGI Fridays to cheer up. My favorite is their baby back ribs. We ordered and waited. A half hour later we were told our order had been lost, and now they were out of ribs. This could have been the fitting end to a terrible day, but manager Mike salvaged it. He stepped up, apologized, took our order, and picked up the check. Mistakes and bad days happen, but then you meet Mike.
